Types Of Funds Available Through Pecunio

Pecunio offers three different types of tokenized investment vehicles, including the Pecunio Cryptocurrency Fund (PCC), the Pecunio Initial Coin Offering Fund (PICO), and the Pecunio Angel & Venture Fund (PAV). Here’s a brief overview of how each fund works:

Pecunio Cryptocurrency Fund (PCC):

This fund is a diverse portfolio of crypto coins and tokens. PCC is restricted to blockchain assets that are already exchange traded, like big cap cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Litecoin. PCC’s funds will be managed and re-allocated based on managerial discretion. There will also be a determined set of rules based on the management team’s previous experience running hedge funds. The goal is to expose investors to cryptocurrency gains while also lowering overall risk.

Pecunio Initial Coin Offering Fund (PICO):

The PICO fund will target blockchain companies that are in their pre-ICO and ICO phase. The fund is restricted to blockhain assets with a minimum viable product that are currently preparing for an ICO event. The management team will conduct extensive due diligence to filter weak participants from the market.

Pecunio Angel & Venture Fund (PAV):

The Pecunio Angel & Venture Fund, or PAV, is dedicated to angel and venture investments in the blockchain space. The dedicated fund aims to provide high performance and a multiplication of capital.

Who’s Behind Pecunio?

Pecunio is led by Reinhard Berger (CEO, Christian Thurner (COO), Dominik Berger (CMO), Heinz Laubert (CFO), and Michael Neuhofer (CTO). The team maintains office locations in Vienna and Dubai.
CEO Reinhard Berger is a fintech veteran who began his career as a business architect for global consulting firm Accenture. He then worked for clients like Credit Suisse, UBS, and Invesco to redefine the global banking system. In 2003, he co-founded Alternative Invest Finance AG< an independent hedge fund operator, where Berger managed assets in excess of $250 million.
The company was incorporated on November 30, 2017, with the whitepaper released on December 12, 2017. The fund, meanwhile, has been operating since October 1, 2017.

The Pecunio PCO ICO

The Pecunio ICO is operating in multiple stages. An angel investor phase is taking place until January 31. A pre-ICO for early investors begins on February 1, 2018, and the general ICO is scheduled for February 22 to March 22, 2018.
PCO tokens are ERC20 tokens built on the Ethereum blockchain. 30 million tokens will be sold during the token sale at an exchange rate of 1 ETH = 200 PCO.
The token sale will be hard capped at 150,000 ETH. BTC, ETH, XRP, and LTC will be accepted for the purchase of PCO tokens.
No more PCO tokens will be created after this period in order to avoid inflation. Of the total supply, 30% (30 million) is available to the public through the token sale, with the remaining amount distributed to the PCO founding team (20%), financial backers and early supporters (20%), a capital reserve for angel investments, incentives, and salaries (15%), an employee token pool locked for 12 months (10%), and an advisory fund locked for 3 months (5%).
As mentioned above, PCO tokens are separate tokens from the investment fund tokens like PCC and PICO. The PCO tokens are utility tokens that return fees from tokenized funds.

Pecunio PCO ICO Conclusion

Pecunio is a series of three tokenized investment funds giving investors exposure to cryptocurrency markets. The three funds include a general cryptocurrency fund, an ICO token fund, and an angel/venture investment fund. All funds are professionally-managed and actively-managed funds.
